Before you book
Yes for first time lash guests and for anyone receiving a brow tint. The patch test is quick and is booked at least twenty four hours before the appointment so the studio can confirm there is no reaction. Guests who have worn extensions elsewhere can still be tested if the adhesive brand is new to them.
Arrive without eye makeup, with contact lenses removed if you can, and with a little time to spare. The lash bed is comfortable and the room is quiet, so most guests drift off. Avoid caffeine right before the visit if you find it hard to lie still, and let the studio know if you wear glasses so we can place them somewhere safe.
Message or call as early as you can. The lounge holds one guest at a time, so a late change leaves an empty bed. Guests who cancel with less than a day of notice may be asked for a small deposit on the next booking, and repeated late changes may mean the studio cannot hold a regular slot.
