Six services, one lounge, a mapped shape for every visit

Everything below is performed by BEAUTYBYBRYNLEESWARTZ LLC at 3079 S 2500 W, Syracuse - 84075-4916, United States (US). Each service is booked on its own so the room, the lash bed and the brow map stay dedicated to one guest at a time.

Classic Lash Extensions

Classic extensions place a single fine lash on a single natural lash. It is the most familiar service in the lounge and the one most first guests choose, because the result is clean rather than dramatic. We work at a natural lash width, using an adhesive chosen for the humidity in the room, and we isolate each lash carefully so nothing sticks to its neighbour.

A full classic set runs about two hours. The map comes first: we check which natural lashes are longest, how they lie, and whether the inner corner needs more lift than the outer. Then we build from the centre outward so the silhouette stays even when the eye is open. We finish with a brush through and a short window with eyes closed while the adhesive cures fully.

Classic sets are a good fit for guests who wear mascara out of habit and want to stop. They are also a good first step for anyone unsure about volume, because the refill appointment that follows tells us how your natural lashes shed and how much weight they tolerate over time.

Volume

Volume Lash Sets

Volume sets build lightweight fans of three to six lashes and place each fan on one natural lash. The fanning is done by hand at the bed, which lets us vary density along the lash line instead of spraying an even layer of texture. The middle of the eye usually carries the fullest fans, with lighter weight at the inner corner so the lash line stays comfortable.

We shape volume to the eye rather than to a photo. A round eye gets a longer inner third that opens the centre. A hooded lid gets a lifted outer fan that draws the eye up. A downturned eye gets a soft tail that closes gently instead of dropping. Each shape decision is written onto your card with the fan count and curl blend, so a return visit can rebuild the same set without guesswork.

Volume takes longer than classic work and is booked with that in mind. Guests should arrive without eye makeup, contact lenses removed if possible, and prepared to lie still for a while. The lounge keeps the room quiet and warm so the appointment passes easily.

Brow lift

Brow Lamination

Lamination relaxes the brow hair so it can be brushed upward and set into a fuller, more defined line. It suits guests with coarse or downward growing hair, and it also suits anyone who wants a mapped brow without a tint. The service runs in timed stages, with a barrier cream under the brow and a careful watch on how far the hairs lift.

We map the brow before we start, mark the tail and the arch with a soft pencil, and work only inside that map. The lifting solution stays on for a short, controlled window. Then we set the hair, trim any stray length that interferes with the brushed shape, and finish with a nourishing oil that is wiped away before you leave.

After lamination the brow should stay dry for the rest of the day and avoid heavy creams for about a week. Brushing upward with the small spoolie from the aftercare kit keeps the set looking intentional between visits. Most guests return every six to eight weeks, depending on how quickly their hair grows.

Colour and shape

Brow Tinting and Shaping

Tinting fills the soft areas where brow hair is fine or pale, and shaping removes the stray hairs that blur the line. The two are performed together because a fresh tint on an untidy brow never reads cleanly, and a precise shape without colour can still look sparse in the gaps.

Tints are mixed in small batches for each guest, using a shade one step softer than the natural root. That keeps the result believable: the brow reads denser without turning into a drawn line. Development is timed to the minute, and the tint is removed with a gentle wipe and a follow up wash with foam.

Shaping is done by mapping rather than by eye. We mark the start, arch and tail, check the symmetry with the guest sitting up, and only then tidy the edges. Strays above the brow are left alone unless they break the line, because over plucking at the top is the fastest way to flatten a brow. Tint fades over three to four weeks and can be refreshed on its own between lamination visits.

Maintenance

Lash Refill Appointments

A refill is a rebuild, not a top up. We take out the extensions that have grown out and twisted, cleanse the lash line, then replace the gaps so the set keeps the shape it was mapped to. Skipping the removal step is what makes refills look heavy after a few visits, so we do not skip it.

Most guests return every two to three weeks. The lounge keeps refill slots early in the day, when daylight through the window is steadiest and the room is at its quietest. Because your card records the fan count, curl and adhesive, a refill needs no long consultation unless you want to change the shape.

If more than half the set is gone, we will suggest a partial or full set instead of a refill. That is not an upcharge trick; a refill built onto a thinned out set will never hold the same silhouette. We would rather tell you plainly at the desk than have you leave with something that does not match your map.

Aftercare Retail Kits

The aftercare kit matches the set you leave with. It holds a gentle cleansing foam, a soft brush, a lint free cloth and a small sealant, all chosen to protect the adhesive and keep the lash line clean between visits. Lamination guests receive the same pouch with a brow spoolie and a light nourishing oil in place of the sealant.

Kits are assembled in the studio and refilled rather than replaced. Bring the pouch back and we top up the foam and cloth at no extra charge, which keeps the drawer tidy and keeps a half used bottle out of the bin. If you already own a routine that works, we will tell you that as well; the kit is a convenience, not a requirement.

The kit card lists what not to use: oil based eye makeup near the roots, waterproof mascara, cotton pads that shed fibres, and anything that requires rubbing the lash line. Guests who travel often also take a small lash comb and a travel sized foam, both of which fit the pouch.

Process Overview

What happens from the first message to the last brush through

  1. Enquiry. Message the studio at hello@brynleebeauty.buzz or call +18027557685 with the service you are considering and a rough idea of your availability.
  2. Patch test. First time lash guests receive a patch test at least twenty four hours before a full set. Brow tint guests are tested in the same way.
  3. Brow map. We measure the brow line, note the natural growth, and agree a shape on the chart before any product is applied.
  4. The service. You settle on the lash bed under the glow lamp, or at the brow chair, and the work proceeds at a steady pace with clean tools from the lash shelf.
  5. Care plan. We write the details of your set or brow onto your card, hand over the aftercare kit if it suits you, and explain the first week in plain language.
  6. Return. Refill or refresh bookings are made while the details are fresh, with a note of the shape so the next visit continues rather than restarts.
